Collection notice
Privacy at Trade360
This notice explains how Trade360 handles information submitted through the Trade360 website and Business Passport.
What we collect
We collect the business and contact details you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email, phone number, trade, service areas, website details and information about how you want customer enquiries handled.
Why we collect it
We use this information to create and maintain your Trade360 Business Passport, prepare website and AI Front Office configuration, respond to your enquiry, and provide or discuss the Trade360 services you ask us about.
Who may receive it
We use specialist technology and service providers to host and operate Trade360. We only provide information to providers where it is reasonably needed to operate, secure, support or provision the requested service. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
AI and automation
Information in the Business Passport may be used as business context for Trade360's AI-assisted features. A website, phone number or other external service is not changed merely because you submit the Business Passport; customer-facing activation follows the relevant setup and approval step.
Storage and security
Trade360 uses access controls and managed cloud infrastructure to protect submitted information. The primary Trade360 product database is hosted in the Sydney region. Some supporting technology providers may process limited operational data in other locations as part of delivering their services.
Marketing
Submitting a Trade360 enquiry lets us contact you about that enquiry and the services you asked us to provide or discuss. We do not treat the form as blanket consent for unrelated electronic marketing.
Access, correction or questions
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact hello@trade360.com.au.
